One of the world’s healthiest fruits which grow in Iran is Fig. Traditionally, figs are dried under the sun without any additives in drying process. They are divided in different categories as: Layer, Halved, Lerida, Garland, Pulled, Baglama, Protoben, Natural, Diced, Paste.

 

Closed Mouth Dried Figs

Grade AA

This type is well known to half open mouth not 100% closed mouth.

  • white to yellow, max 4%-5% brown color
